JOB SUMMARY: This entry-level role within the compliance department reports directly to the Director of Enterprise Compliance. This role processes entry-level requests for patient medical and billing records and performs other clerical tasks.
REPORTS TO: Director of Enterprise Compliance
EQUIPMENT: Computer, Printer, Copier, Phone

Answer & return phone calls about records requests;

Review and respond to emails regarding records requests;

Process entry-level records production requests, including coordination of document retrieval from multiple platforms, uploading records, and completing proper notes in the internal records production platform;

Communicate with requestors as needed to obtain demographic information;

Locating requests and producing them to our internal billing department;

Assist in process records production payments as assigned

Assist in scanning and filling as assigned;

Act as backup for the corporate office front desk receptionist;

Other Records Production duties and responsibilities as assigned.
