Acadian Total Security, a division of Acadian Companies, is seeking candidates for a Customer Service Representative I.
JOB FUNCTIONS
1
Responds to customer questions and concerns.
2
Resolves and/or escalates customer complaints and issues.
3
Updates and verifies customer information.
4
Minor troubleshooting on equipment issues.
5
Processes customer leads and new orders.
6
Processes cancellation requests.
7
Upgrades/upsells existing customers.
8
Processes new account data and data verification.
9
Assists other departments as deemed necessary by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Must be PC literate with some familiarity with MS Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
