Advanced Dermatology, located in Lake Katrine NY, is seeking a general medical dermatologist and a Mohs surgeon to join our group in practice. We can offer either an employed position or partnership path depending on the needs of the incoming dermatologist.
As people discover the tremendous benefits of working and living in the Hudson Valley, our practice has rapidly expanded due to the influx of population. Our patient volumes have steadily increased since COVID, resulting in a higher demand for dermatologic services. We are also experiencing population growth due to families relocating out of NYC seeking a safer environment to raise and school their children. Our rapid growth necessitates the need to increase our staffing.
Description
- Advanced Dermatology is the Hudson Valley's premier provider of dermatology and cosmetic skin care.
- Our practice consists of 2 physicians, 6 mid-levels, and 38 total employees.
- The office space is expanding to 14.5k sq.ft. with completion expected by fall of 2024. We will have a total of 8 pods with 3 exam rooms each, 3 fully equipped MOHS rooms, and a large cosmetic room. Each physician will have a private consult office. We have ample parking and our waiting room can seat over 30.
- We have a patient flow of 170-210 patients daily through the office.
- Our practice cares for patients with a wide variety of dermatologic conditions in general medical dermatology and cosmetics. We are currently looking to expand our services to include Mohs.
- We utilize EMA for patient records and dermatology.
- We emphasize that our staff practice compassion and treat each patient as a family member. We are seeking a Dermatologist who treats others with kindness and respect.
- We have over 50k active charts.
- We are involved in education, participating in both student and resident rotations.
Location
Lake Katrine, NY is located close to Kingston, Woodstock and Rhinebeck, NY. We are two hours north of New York City and just 50 miles south of Albany.
