THE ROLE:
This position provides professional administrative support while acting as a key coordinator for the site leadership team. The role ensures smooth site operations, effective leadership alignment, and efficient execution of site-level priorities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administrative Operations Management
- Provide comprehensive administrative support including calendar and meeting management, travel coordination, expense reporting
- Support site-level budget planning, tracking.
- Plan and coordinate senior or external visitor visits, including agenda preparation, meeting arrangements, and hosting support.
- Leadership Team Coordination
- Act as the coordination focal point for the site leadership team, support site leader in preparation, consolidation, and updating site status.
- Support site-level communication, including information sharing, All Hands content, and key messaging alignment.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive employee engagement initiatives and site events.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES:
- 5+ years of experience in administration, operations, or coordination roles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting leadership teams or senior stakeholders preferred
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (working language level)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
