THE ROLE: This role is responsible for leading verification of high‑speed crypto and advanced DRAM memory controller designs, including LPDDR6 and HBM4. The position spans IP‑ and SoC‑level verification and involves defining verification strategy, driving execution, and delivering verification closure for programs. The role works closely with design, architecture, and software teams while providing technical leadership to verification engineers.   THE PERSON: You are a technically strong verification leader who takes ownership of outcomes and works effectively across teams. You are comfortable mentoring engineers, guiding teams through complex verification challenges, and collaborating closely with cross‑functional partners. You bring a structured, quality‑focused approach and thrive in technically demanding environments.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead verification of high‑speed crypto and DRAM memory controller designs, including LPDDR6 and HBM4.
  • Architect, develop, and use simulation‑ and formal‑based verification environments at IP and SoC levels.
  • Lead and manage verification teams, including planning, execution, tracking, verification closure, and delivery to programs.
  • Develop and execute verification plans, including testbenches and test cases.
  • Collaborate with design, architecture, and software teams to define and implement verification strategies.
  • Apply advanced verification methodologies, including UVM, formal verification, and assertion‑based verification.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Demonstrated experience providing technical leadership for verification teams.
  • Experience developing UVM and SystemVerilog testbenches.
  • Experience using simulation and debug tools such as Synopsys VCS.
  • Strong understanding of verification techniques, including assertion‑based and metric‑driven verification.
  • Experience as a verification architect establishing verification methodology, tools, and infrastructure for high‑performance IP and/or VLSI designs.
  • Familiarity with verification management tools and database management related to regression management.
  • Experience with formal property checking tools such as Synopsys VC Formal or Cadence JasperGold.
  • Experience with gate‑level simulation and power‑aware verification.
  • Experience with silicon debug at tester and board levels.
  • Experience with AI‑based tools.
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science preferred.
  • Equivalent practical experience will also be considered where applicable.
