THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced L2 Support Specialist to provide advanced technical and functional support for Model N Pricing & Quoting systems. This role acts as the escalation point for complex issues, ensuring timely resolution, system stability, and continuous improvement of pricing and quoting processes. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience with pricing/rebate workflows, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as Level 2 escalation point for incidents and service requests related to Model N Pricing & Quoting workflows.
- Diagnose and resolve complex application issues; perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
- Collaborate with IT, Sales Operations, Finance, and Business Units to ensure accurate pricing and rebate configurations.
- Manage system enhancements and minor configuration changes; coordinate with L3/vendor teams for major fixes.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain knowledge base articles, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides for L1 and end-users.
- Support UAT and regression testing for patches, upgrades, and new features.
- Ensure compliance with pricing policies, approval workflows, and audit requirements.
- Provide training and enablement for L1 support and business users on common issues and best practices.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- 3–5 years of experience in application support or technical operations, preferably in Pricing & Quoting systems.
- Hands-on experience with Model N (including quoting and rebate modules).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze logs, configurations, and integrations.
- Knowledge of SQL, data validation, and integration concepts (API, middleware).
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction and issue resolution.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Exposure to ERP pricing modules (SAP) and rebate management processes.
- Experience in semiconductor or complex B2B environments.
