THE ROLE:

We're seeking a procurement manager with strong knowledge of supply chain, operation and PCBA/server BOM structure. This is an individual contributor who will be supporting Datacenter Platform Engineering Group teams to consolidate, review, communicate and analyze for delivering the justified, aligned, well-prepared NPI project as part of deliverable to either AMD potential customers or internal AMD core teams for design validation.

THE PERSON:

• Proficiency in supply chain principles and skills.
• Well knowledge of BOM structure of PCBA & servers.
• Advanced analytical and communications skills
• Strong multitasking and prioritizing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft office applications and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Validate Demand & System Alignment

• Verify quantity accuracy between the Demand Tracker and numbers in the system in collaboration with Project Managers.
• Ensure correct part number mapping between demand files and the system data.

Procurement Execution & Follow‑up

• Track and follow up Goods Receipt (GR) status; coordinate with Contract Manufacturers (CM) to resolve tax or billing discrepancies.
• Maintain Source List and Purchase Info Records; submit Purchase Requisitions (PR) and follow up timely PO release.
• Follow up the demand and supply status among project team, sourcing managers and CMs.

Logistics & Material Coordination

• Coordinate shipment arrangements from PCBA CMs to AMD global sites in partnership with Global Logistics and Import Compliance teams.

Cost Management & Settlement

• Consolidate PPV data (PO, broker buy, logistics cost) and CM‑related expenses (OT, rework, expedite fees, etc.) across multiple projects to support monthly/quarterly settlements with CMs.

Documentation & Process Control

• Maintain and file SOPs, training materials, and documentation related to PR/PO processes, AR/AP workflow, and material delivery/transfer procedures.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years' experience in the Server OEM/ODM Manufacturing or Server /System Solution industry
• Direct experience in cost management or supply chain function is a plus.
• 10+ years' experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Powerpoint, including but not limited to the ability to analyze data using pivots.
• Proficiency in English and Bilingual in Mandarin preferred.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
