Commercial Marketing Specialist – Nordics

 

The Role:

 

We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Commercial Marketing Specialist acting as Partner Program Associate to support and engage with channel partners across Nordic countries. This role focuses primarily on partner communication, coordination, and program execution, with data analytics and ROI tracking as a secondary area of contribution.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Drive focused marketing activities to drive Mid-Market commercial business (250-1000 seats) 
  • Develop and drive mid-market focused activities with local VARs, Distribution and Channel partners
  • Support the execution of partner programs, campaigns, and enablement activities.
  • Own an end-to-end budgeting process for assigned key customers
  • Coordinate logistics for trainings, webinars, and partner events.
  • Assist in managing partner communications, calendars, and deliverables.
  • Support the channel team with basic analytics and reporting (e.g., campaign ROI, MDF usage, performance tracking).
  • Help identify trends and opportunities in partner engagement using collected data.
  • Work with external agencies and internal partners to develop or update EMEA specific marketing content and assets
  • Create and design PowerPoint decks for internal and external presentations
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Preferred Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or similar. 2+ years' experience in a customer facing marketing role.
  • Profound understanding of the EMEA IT industry.
  • Decent knowledge in Server Market and high performing computing is a plus
  • Demonstrated success in marketing planning, field marketing, event management, and project/ campaign management
  • Proven knowledge of software tools preferred, such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign
  • Proven ability to work in a demanding, fast paced environment and manage multiple programs at one time
  • Detailed, analytical, and creative in approach to handling data
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English; additional North European language is a plus
  • A high performer with a positive attitude who is team-oriented, energetic, and optimistic
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • The ideal candidate for this role is ROI focused with strong project management skills, able to build relationships, work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
