COMMERCIAL SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Commercial Sales Account Manager to join AMD's Public End Customer Sales team. This customer-facing role is focused on driving AMD's commercial business directly with public sector and enterprise end customers. You will be responsible for developing strategic relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering AMD solutions across PCs, servers, and professional graphics. This role emphasizes direct engagement with end customers rather than channel partners.

You are skilled at navigating complex organizations, influencing stakeholders, and aligning AMD's technology with customer business goals. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by delivering value and exceeding expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Develop and execute account strategies for public sector and enterprise customers to grow AMD's footprint.
- Understand customer business objectives and align AMD solutions to meet their needs.
- Lead customer engagements, including executive briefings, solution presentations, and strategic planning sessions.
- Collaborate with OEMs (e.g., Dell, HP, Lenovo) to position AMD technology in end customer solutions.
- Drive demand generation activities and coordinate with marketing to support customer campaigns.
- Maintain accurate account plans, forecasts, and pipeline data in CRM systems.
- Advocate for customer needs internally, ensuring timely resolution of issues and alignment of AMD resources.
- Proven experience in direct sales to public sector or enterprise customers.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, client and server solutions, and professional graphics.
- Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, and technical domains.
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with OEM engagement models and co-selling strategies.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
