THE ROLE:

Lead a team chartered to managing product and pricing strategy for EPYC in the Enterprise segment. You and your team will define and execute the product and pricing strategy to ensure EPYC keeps the fast growth in the market. You will lead the development of business frameworks, strategic portfolio design wins, platform development and pricing programs.  Establish across customers and regions BU support for pricing, incentives, manage OxMs investment MOUs. In addition, act as OEM SME into product planning and product management teams shaping future roadmaps.  

 

THE PERSON:

Proven Leadership Experience: Several years of relevant experienceleading and developing senior-level teams within server or enterprise ecosystem organizations, driving high-impact business outcomes.

Executive Engagement & Influence: Demonstrated ability to lead and navigate executive-level discussions on critical business initiatives, driving alignment and decision-making at the highest levels.

Cross-Functional Execution: Extensive experience orchestrating and leading cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results that meet or exceed strategic business objectives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Financial & Budgetary Oversight: Expertise in managing multi-million-dollar budgets, ensuring financial alignment across stakeholders while securing executive approvals and optimizing investments for maximum ROI.

Strategic & Operational Agility: Proven ability to manage and resolve complex challenges across a broad spectrum of partner sell-in and sell-through initiatives, balancing strategic vision with operational execution.

Exceptional Communication & Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization, from CXO leadership to frontline teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and impact in strategic initiatives.

Industry and Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of server product lifecycle, from strategic alignment, design, validation, product introduction, sales development, to product end of life.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Pricing Strategy:

  • Define pricing strategy for EPYC based products in the enterprise segment. Responsible to evaluate, develop and measure ROI impact of pricing programs and financial implications.
  • Evaluate and guide regional assumptions on GTN ASPs.
  • Establish and maintain OEM invoice pricing for current and future products.
  • Evaluate and approve pricing frameworks to support GTM objectives across all partners.
  • Act as path of escalation for review and approval of opportunities.
  • Collaborate with finance, legal and operations to model revenue, margin, and profitability impacts of pricing actions and programs​. (MPAs, Incentive structures, MDF structures, MOUs etc.)

 

Product Strategy:

  • Partner with product planning to ensure next-generation pricing aligns with strategic positioning and cost structure objectives.
  • Act as the “Voice of the Customer” with the product engineering and product marketing teams to influence and align roadmap needs and decisions to support Enterprise market coverage and growth.
  • Provide oversight and guidance on OEM portfolio plans from concept to design win. 
  • Partner with GAM teams to solve near and long-term revenue and product objectives at the P&L level.
  • Support in quarter attainment needs required to meet and exceed quarterly objectives.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

  • Preferred academic background on Engineering and/or Business degree.
