This individual contributor will focus on Tier 2 Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), neoclouds, and the broader enterprise cloud ecosystem.
Reporting into the NA Regional Marketing team, this role will partner closely with AMD Sales, Channel Marketing, Product Marketing, Business Units, and partner organizations to translate business priorities into integrated, measurable go-to-market programs. The ideal candidate combines cloud market knowledge, partner marketing experience, demand-generation expertise, and strong program execution across complex cross-functional teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute the North America marketing strategy for priority Tier 2 CSPs, neoclouds, and enterprise cloud ecosystem partners, aligned to regional sales and business objectives.
- Create integrated demand-generation programs that increase awareness and preference for AMD EPYC™ processor-based instances, generate qualified pipeline, and accelerate workload adoption and cloud consumption.
- Build joint marketing plans with priority partners, defining target audiences and workloads, value propositions, campaign strategies, investments, milestones, and measurable success criteria.
- Partner with AMD Sales and Channel Marketing teams to activate cloud demand through distributors, resellers, solution providers, system integrators, and other channel routes to market.
- Collaborate with CSP and ecosystem partner marketing, sales, product, and technical teams to launch co-marketing programs and improve seller readiness.
- Plan and execute audience-focused programs such as account-based marketing, digital campaigns, webinars, events, executive engagements, customer stories, trials, and sales plays.
- Deploy campaign messaging, partner-ready content, nurture journeys, and sales enablement that clearly communicate the business and technical value of AMD-based cloud solutions.
- Identify and activate relationships across ISVs, OEMs, distributors, VARs, SIs, and technology partners to create repeatable solutions and routes to market.
- Manage multiple programs from planning through execution, coordinating agencies, partners, internal stakeholders, budgets, timelines, approvals, and deliverables.
- Manage MDF, co-op, and program investments with disciplined governance, partner compliance, utilization tracking, and return-on-investment analysis.
- Conduct reporting to measure campaign engagement, sourced and influenced pipeline, customer acquisition, instance consumption, partner contribution, and marketing ROI.
- Deliver concise campaign readouts, quarterly business reviews, insights, and recommendations that guide optimization and future investment decisions.
- Capture feedback from customers, sellers, and partners to improve positioning, programs, enablement, and future go-to-market plans.
- Represent NA Regional Marketing as a proactive, accountable partner who can influence and progress in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- B2B, field, partner, channel, or ecosystem marketing experience.
- Experience developing and executing demand-generation or go-to-market programs with cloud service providers, technology partners, distributors, resellers, or enterprise customers.
- Working knowledge of cloud and hybrid-cloud business models, including cloud instances, enterprise workloads, partner ecosystems, and consumption-based services; familiarity with semiconductor, data center, or infrastructure technology is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical and business value propositions into audience-relevant campaigns, content, and seller enablement.
- Hands-on experience with account-based marketing, digital demand generation, lead nurture, partner marketing, and closed-loop lead management.
- Strong program and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple workstreams, budgets, agencies, stakeholders, and deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs, interpreting campaign and pipeline data, measuring ROI, and using insights to optimize performance.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical, sales, marketing, partner, and executive audiences.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships, influence, and execute effectively in a highly matrixed, cross-functional organization.
- Self-directed, curious, collaborative, and comfortable operating with ambiguity while maintaining strong attention to detail and accountability for outcomes.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for customer meetings, partner engagements, and industry events.
