THE TEAM:
The mission of the AMD Field Engineering Solutions team is to drive AMD share growth by helping customers solve complex business and technical challenges. Our organization serves as the technical voice of the customer, ensuring AMD delivers high‑impact solutions that address the industry's most demanding needs. The team partners closely across the organization to support customer enablement through roadmap alignment, technical training, solution development, and successful deployment.
THE ROLE:
We are seeking a Program Manager to support the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of FAE onboarding and training programs. This role focuses on operational excellence, coordination, and delivery—working cross‑functionally to ensure training programs are executed on time, at scale, and with high quality for a globally distributed FAE population.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams while partnering with technical experts, trainers, and stakeholders across the world.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Training Needs Support: Partner with stakeholders to gather and document training requirements, helping identify onboarding and enablement needs across FAE roles and regions.
- Program Coordination: Support the development and rollout of training programs by coordinating schedules, resources, content readiness, and delivery logistics.
- Execution & Delivery: Drive day‑to‑day execution of training plans, ensuring milestones are met and issues are identified and resolved quickly.
- Measurement & Feedback: Track participation, completion, and effectiveness metrics; gather feedback from learners and stakeholders to support continuous improvement.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical SMEs, instructors, operations teams, and external partners to deliver consistent and high‑quality training experiences.
- Learning Tools & Platforms: Support the use of learning platforms and collaboration tools to enable scalable, engaging training delivery.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain program documentation and generate clear status updates and reports for stakeholders and leadership.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Program & Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to track metrics, analyze outcomes, and use data to support recommendations and improvements.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and build productive working relationships.
- Problem Solving: Practical, solution‑oriented mindset with attention to detail and follow‑through.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Program management experience in dynamic and competitive industry, particularly within an engineering-based organization
- Exposure to training, enablement, onboarding, or technical program environments is a plus
- Familiarity with enablement tools from traditional to AI
