THE ROLE:

An exciting internship opportunity to make an immediate contribution to AMD's next generation of technology innovations awaits you!

As an intern, you will learn about the end-to-end process from Purchase Order to Claim processing within Finance Organization.

You will develop professional skills that will contribute to your career growth and be involved in various tasks and projects, giving you the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals.

THE PERSON: 

You are a results-oriented self-starter with excellent communication skills.  You possess attention to detail and well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills. You have the ability to adapt to changing priorities and are comfortable with ambiguity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review Marketing Funding Program documents and ensure Purchase Orders are created in compliance with Company guidelines
• Perform Fair-Market Values Assessment to the Proofs of Performance (POP) against the said guidelines
• Work with various Business Units and Finance team across the regions
• Assist in ad hoc projects, reports and analysis as required  

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Good spoken and written English
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: 

• Pursuing a degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, IT, etc.)
