KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Review and approve marketing customer claims supported by appropriate and sufficient supporting documents
- Ensure compliances with SOX requirements related to marketing expense claims
- Attend to requests from auditors, external and internal stakeholders on a timely basis
- Make critical decisions or judgments based on reasonableness to accommodate business specifications
- Explain or provide justifications on areas of uncertainty during claim review
- Manage operational control processes and ensure that controls are in compliance with prevailing guidelines and standards
- Attend to monthly/quarterly reporting packages on key operational metrics
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Good Business partnering skills and effective communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Detail orientated with strong analytical & problem solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Strong business acumen on business activities with the strong leadership and with an action oriented mindset
- Self-starter with a positive attitude to proactively solve problems with integrity.
- Ability to read and communicate in Mandarin and other languages will be an added advantage.
