THE PERSON: 

You are a results-oriented self-starter with excellent communication skills.  You possess attention to detail and well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills. You have the ability to adapt to changing priorities and are comfortable with ambiguity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Review Marketing Funding Program documents and ensure Purchase Orders are created incompliance with Company guidelines.
• Track Purchase Orders and claims to ensure compliance as per Company policies.
• Perform monthly and quarterly accruals and reconciliation.
• Work with various Business Units and Finance team across the regions for month-end close activities.
• Support regular and ad-hoc activities such as:
  • Budget vs. spend reporting
  • Historical spend analysis
  • Track KPI and/or Operation matrix for reporting
  • Internal and external audit

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 

• Good spoken and written in English & Mandarin (other foreign languages is an added advantage)
• 1 - 2 years of related working experience is an added advantage
• A team player and able to work independently with tight deadlines with minimal supervision
• High levels of proficiency in excel
• Proactive, detailed oriented and solid analytical skill.
• Enables effective engagement with customers and stakeholders in Greater China market through mandarin proficiency. 
• Assertive, creative and self-motivated with good interpersonal skills.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: 

• Degree in Accountancy or Finance or any equivalent accounting processional qualification
