THE ROLE: 

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of the VIR rebate program with efficiency and accuracy. You will take full ownership of the review and approval process for various VIR rebate programs, while ensuring compliance and timeliness. Additionally, you will also handle reporting and processes related to other rebate programs.

THE PERSON: 

You are a results-oriented self-starter with excellent communication skills. You possess attention to detail and well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills. You have the ability to adapt to changing priorities and are comfortable with ambiguity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Manage VIR program administration process in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Taking ownership of the review and approval process for the various VIR rebate programs.
  • Proactive and timely email follow up & issue resolution.
  • Prepare weekly / monthly / quarterly tracker & reporting for management review.
  • Support internal and external Audit.
  • Involve in KPI & metrics tracking and measurement.
  • Participate in project assignments and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate finance policies, GAAP & SOX key controls.
  • Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 

  • Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of business operations, complemented by proactive leadership and an action-oriented mindset.
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive insights for decision-making.
  • Effective communicator with excellent spoken and written English; proficiency in Chinese is a strong advantage.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with strong business partnership skills and the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across functions.
  • Assertive, creative, and adaptable—thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and embraces change with resilience.
  • Self-starter who works independently with minimal supervision while also being a collaborative and dependable team player.
  • Self-motivated and meticulous, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Experience with SAP and Vistex systems is preferred.
  • Proficiency in AI and automation tools will be an added advantage. 

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: 

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or equivalent.
