THE ROLE:

The Operations Program Manager (Ops PM) is a critical enabler of operational excellence and execution alignment across the US-based Customer Program Management (CPM) organization, supporting CSP/MDC, OEM, and HPC customers in the US and European Markets.

THE PERSON:

Reporting directly to the Director of Customer Program Management (US), the Ops PM drives consistency in how the CPM team operates, reports, and delivers. This role acts as the execution backbone for the organization, formalizing processes, consolidating program updates, ensuring executive and customer readiness, and building the tools and systems that enable data-driven decision-making across global teams.

The ideal candidate combines technical fluency, program management discipline, and strong analytical and visualization skills to keep the organization informed, aligned, and prepared for every key engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operational Cadence & Alignment

  • Establish and maintain a structured operating rhythm across all CPM segments (CSP/MDC, OEM, HPC).
  • Translate strategic objectives into clear execution plans with measurable outcomes and defined accountability.
  • Drive process standardization and consistency across teams to ensure high operational predictability.

Reporting, Readiness & Executive Support

  • Consolidate weekly CPM reports into a single, coherent view of customer account health, risk, and progress.
  • Prepare and maintain executive-ready materials for customer reviews, internal business updates, and leadership briefings.
  • Ensure the Director and CPM leadership team are fully prepared for key meetings with current data, context, and visuals.
  • Own the structure, content, and cadence of organizational dashboards and trackers.

Process Development & Data Systems

  • Design and implement tools, workflows, and templates to enhance team efficiency and reporting accuracy.
  • Use Power BI, JIRA, and Microsoft productivity tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio) to:
    • Build and maintain dashboards for program and account metrics.
    • Create detailed process flowcharts and data visualizations that clearly represent complex dependencies.
    • Pool data from multiple sources to drive insights and enable concise, data-driven updates.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to automate and improve data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, and Business Planning to ensure alignment on dependencies, deliverables, and escalation management.
  • Track and drive closure of critical follow-ups, ensuring clear ownership and accountability.
  • Support cross-cutting initiatives across multiple customer programs to ensure synchronized execution and consistent messaging.

Strategic & Analytical Support

  • Support quarterly business and technical account reviews, planning sessions, and organizational metrics tracking with actionable data insights.
  • Contribute to headcount, resource, and capital planning through accurate data consolidation and scenario modeling.
  • Provide leadership-level summaries that distill complex program data into clear, concise, and decision-oriented updates.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in Program Management, Technical Operations, or Engineering Program Management, ideally in semiconductors, high-performance computing, or data center hardware.
  • Proven experience using:
    • JIRA for program tracking and dependency management.
    • Power BI for dashboarding, reporting, and executive summaries.
    • Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint) to build process maps, visualize complex data, and deliver concise reports.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to consolidate large data sets into executive-level narratives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to simplify complexity for diverse audiences.
  • Experience collaborating across global teams and time zones.

Preferred Attributes

  • Technically adept with a strong understanding of hardware and software program lifecycles.
  • Highly organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and multiple stakeholders.
  • Collaborative, disciplined, and dependable — a trusted operator who brings clarity to ambiguity.
  • Calm under pressure, with a focus on solutions and outcomes.

Key Success Indicators

  • Predictable and efficient operational cadence across all CPM functions.
  • Consistent, executive-ready reporting and data accuracy.
  • Improved process maturity and tool adoption across the CPM organization.
  • Increased alignment and execution readiness across CSP/MDC, OEM, and HPC teams.
  • Strong cross-functional visibility and trust in CPM operational excellence.
