THE ROLE
As a Pricing & Rebating Analyst, you will be part of AMD's Quoting & Rebating Operations (QRO) team, partnering closely with Sales, Business Operations, and Deal Desk teams across regions. This role sits at the heart of commercial decision-making, where you will help shape pricing strategies and ensure offers are both competitive and aligned with governance.

You will work on complex, non-standard deals that require both analytical thinking and strong collaboration. This is an opportunity to build deep expertise in pricing and commercial operations while contributing to process innovation, including the adoption of AI tools and smarter ways of working.

Role: Pricing & Rebating Analyst
Contract: 1 year

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
What you'll be doing

  • Support complex and non-standard pricing, quoting, and rebating activities
  • Review pricing structures, discounting, and rebate logic to ensure accuracy and alignment with policies
  • Partner with Sales and Business Operations teams to support pre-pricing and deal structuring
  • Act as a go-to point for complex scenarios and provide guidance on edge cases
  • Balance commercial needs with operational controls and governance

Your first months

  • Build a strong understanding of pricing processes, tools, and policies
  • Develop relationships with Sales, Deal Desk, and Operations stakeholders
  • Begin supporting quoting and rebating activities with guidance

As you grow in the role

  • Take ownership of increasingly complex deals and pricing scenarios
  • Provide insights and recommendations that support better commercial outcomes
  • Actively contribute to cross-functional discussions and decision-making
  • Identify opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and consistency

Longer term

  • Become a trusted partner to stakeholders across Sales and Business Operations
  • Contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support the adoption of AI-driven tools and new workflows
  • Provide feedback to help shape future processes and governance models

Ongoing responsibilities

  • Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth execution of pricing and rebate activities
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational enhancements
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all activities
  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in pricing, quoting, rebating, sales operations, or a related function
  • Familiarity with pricing governance, discount structures, and rebate programs
  • Exposure to CRM or pricing tools such as Salesforce, Model N, or similar
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with complex data
  • Experience working in a cross-functional, global environment

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS

  • Degree in business, finance, operations, or a related field preferred
