THE ROLE: 

As the Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage End-to-End ownership of overall solutions for innovative products.  Solid program management of various software development teams, monitoring the quality of the resulting software deliverables and a strong partnership with the customer support teams are the key focus area of this role. 

THE PERSON: 

The right candidate will have solid knowledge of program management, impeccable track record of delivering complex software programs, and experience with Device Drivers, Firmware, Graphics technology, SOC product development and customer facing experience. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Responsible for reviewing and managing user-generated content on a digital platform, with a specialized focus on technical, high-risk, secure, or complex issues.
• Requires a deep technical skills and critical thinking to interpret nuanced content, work with automated systems, and stay ahead of emerging online threats.
• Ensures the integrity and safety of online platforms by reviewing and moderating user-generated content for compliance with community guidelines, legal standards, and technical specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to address complex violations, collaborate with automated systems, and provide actionable feedback to product and engineering teams. 
• Familiar with Fluid Topic or SQL web-based portal system to ensure quality and security constraints. Submit system feature changes or support to the technical support team.
• Maintain internal and external secure user groups as needed for specific documentation and content collateral. 
• Plan and execute programs focusing on quality and deadlines 
• Drives completion of all required deliverables, with a focus on customer quality feedback and established deadlines 
• Creates and maintains project management artifacts such as schedule, resource and resource forecast, risk and issues logs 
• Provides unique views of project status updates and facilitates cross development team dependencies and communications 
• Identify action or mitigation plans for issues or risks that arise during the project lifecycle 
• Strong self-motivator, with a sense of urgency when needed and strong crisis management skills 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 

• Fluid Topics web-based portal tool system and support
• Full web-based migration experience for web-based portal tool.
• Proven Project & Program Management experience in dynamic and competitive industry, particularly within Software Development or Engineering based organizations 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Horizontal leadership/Matrix management experience is required, People management is desirable 
• Flexible working schedule to manage global program execution team (Asia and North America emphasis) 
• Web systems and design experience

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering is desired
