THE ROLE:
This is a great opportunity to join the Heterogeneous Integration Technology organization to shape next-generation technologies and collaborate across Business Units, OSATs and foundry partners, using your advanced product planning, analytical and problem-solving skills. We are looking for a Program Manager experienced in preparedness coordination for New Product Introduction (NPI), proficient in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and capable of ensuring accurate demand/supply planning for engineering builds, advanced assembly processes, and proactive inventory management.

The Program Manager will be recognized as the expert of the assigned projects, and will drive exemplary processes, reporting and communication on a global scale. This individual must be self-motivated, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate adaptability to change. Additionally, strong organizational abilities and the capability to collaborate effectively with an international workforce across diverse cultures and time zones are essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate with OSAT planning and AMD engineering teams to forecast demand and fulfill pre-production samples and test vehicle builds for technology qualification.
- Integrate with engineering support teams to resolve capacity and schedule challenges.
- Identify and propose demand shaping strategies, optimize funding allocation and accrual opportunities to support the business objectives.
- Analyze technology and assembly development needs to establish operational expenditure (OPEX) and schedule requirements, while supporting Purchasing Request (PR) and Special Manufacturing Request (SMR) order processes.
- Collaborate with engineering and spend management owners to review all PR/SMR inputs, ensuring accountability and accurate data.
- Oversee PLM processes and use Quest and ETQ systems to verify checklist entries, ensuring each phase gate is successfully completed by monitoring the engineering team's progress during every stage of the product lifecycle.
- Lead ISO Audit efforts to achieve results with zero non-conformances and with max two Opportunities for Improvement (OFI) for packaging issues.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- In-depth knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing environments and sample build planning practices.
- Expertise in supply chain theory and processes, with a high level of proficiency in operational execution and the identification of organizational requirements.
- Direct experience within semiconductor companies or OSAT is highly desirable, with strong familiarity with logistical system processes.
- Skilled in the use of SAP and Ariba systems.
- Proficiency in standard project tools like MS Office, MS Project, MS SharePoint.
- A proven history of collaborative success at all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to work independently while showcasing skills to navigate within a highly matrixed and multi-cultural organization.
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
- BS or MS in Supply Chain, Industrial engineering, Operations or Business is preferred.
