  • Provide early warning signals and clear commentary on revenue risks and key drivers before close

3. GTN (Gross-to-Net) Management

  • Own GTN reserve review and validation for unsold distributor inventory using multiple pricing, rebate, and funding inputs
  • Review and approve GTN true-ups (in-period and out-of-period), ensuring alignment with sales finance and revenue accuracy
  • Prepare clear GTN judgment documentation and commentary to support internal reviews and external audits

4. Revenue Validation (Last Line of Defense)

  • Perform daily revenue validation during close, monitoring actual bookings against expectations
  • Quickly identify, analyze, and resolve revenue variances by category before cut-off
  • Ensure final booked revenue aligns with validated expectations prior to close

  • Perform monthly balance reconciliation and aging review by customer and program
  • Proactively identify and resolve FX differences, expired balances, system issues, and other reconciling items
  • Maintain visibility through dashboards and structured reporting on claim and balance status

7. Cross-Functional Partnership & Process Improvement

  • Act as the primary revenue accounting contact for GC business partners, Sales, Sales Finance, Corporate Accounting, and Shared Services
  • Drive process optimization, standardization, and automation initiatives across revenue forecasting, GTN, and rebate processes
  • Participate in system enhancements (e.g., SAP, HANA, Vistex, Blackline) and explore AI-enabled solutions to reduce manual effort and improve control effectiveness

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
