THE ROLE: 

 

We are looking for our next team member to partner with Acer, driving global demand for AMD-based acer products with AMD regional sell-out teams,  strengthening our relationships and building AMD shares of Acer's Consumer and Commercial product portfolio sales across global markets. He/she will be responsible for establishing the AMD sales strategy, partnerships and market approach to drive customer relationships and revenue.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

 

  • Define and implement sales-out strategies and quality account plans that grow revenue base and market share across worldwide markets
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with Acer's Regional Office leadership teams for product and business management and Acer National Subsidiaries as a trusted and valued business partner.
  • Drive strategic portfolio and go-to-market planning to capitalize on market opportunities while growing premium business across the stack - plans grounded by data. Work with marcom team to roll the plans out in the region and build alliances with complementary partners such as Microsoft.
  • Influence regional assortments and global design win conversations.
  • Operationalize outstanding forecast and pipeline management in weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual base and executive level reporting on overall program and market impact.
  • Manage strategic pricing, marketing development funds, and growth initiative planning and funding; comfortable crafting marketing and sales programs from scratch.
  • Partner with the AMD Consumer and Commercial Sales organizations on product alignment, positioning, account alignment, engagement strategy, and pipeline opportunities. 
  • Work closely with AMD Business Units to ensure the necessary operations requirements are in place to drive efficient transactions with the customer
  • Funnel new market opportunities to the AMD design-in and business unit teams 
  • Demonstrate high ethical standards and integrity in all client interactions and business activities.
  • A self-motivated and results-driven attitude with a strong sense of accountability.

 

 

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 

 

  • Extensive experience working with MNCs within the region
  • Extensive experience in consumer/commercial sales with demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed target goals
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the PC and/or semiconductor industry
  • Proven experience in sales related positions PC DT/NB products
  • Consistent track record of using and analyzing data, trends, products, numbers turning it into impactful plans
  • Team Leadership experience

 

  

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: 

 

  • Minimum undergraduate degree, MBA preferred
