THE ROLE: 

We are looking for an adaptive, self-motivated Event Production Specialist to join our team. This role involves creating event documentation, operating and maintaining video conferencing equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with various teams to enhance event production processes. 

 

THE PERSON: 

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in event production, strong technical skills in video and collaboration platforms, and excellent communication abilities, particularly with C-Level executives.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Produce "Run of Show" documents, attendance reports, IT equipment readiness checklists, and other materials for live event production.
  • Oversee events in local production spaces and other assigned regions.
  • Act as a producer for executive-level events, supporting a global events platform.
  • Collaborate with operations and support teams to streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and enhance overall event production.
  • Operate, maintain, and upgrade video conferencing equipment, test environments, and infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve video conferencing and event-related issues to ensure meeting spaces are ready.
  • Maintain communication and engagement with C-Suite executives for all events.
  • Plan and manage technology deliverables, including upgrades.
  • Foster a team culture that promotes knowledge sharing, excellence, and collaboration.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Proficient in video infrastructure platforms and peripherals (Cisco, HP/Poly, Pexip, Cisco VITM).
  • Skilled in collaboration platforms (Teams, Zoom).
  • Experienced in remote video production (Riverside and similar platforms).
  • Familiar with remote digital whiteboard/collaboration platforms (Slido).
  • Strong understanding of network principles and technologies.
  • Knowledgeable in digital video consoles, video matrices, routing platforms, production video cameras, wireless microphones, projection systems, displays, and broadcast hardware.
  • Basic PC troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
  • Extensive event production experience.
  • Proven experience in C-Level interactions.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.

 

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field strongly preferred.
