THE ROLE: 

Developing automation solutions for manufacturing test patterns related activities, for new products with mix of MPSoC (Multi-Processor System on Chip) FPGAs and ASIC designs.  The automation solutions will be used by multiple teams to help improve their work efficiency and productivity.

THE PERSON: 

The ideal candidate possesses an innovative and problem-solving mindset, has a keen eye for Software engineering development, and is diligent and passionate about Technology.  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Develop automation system/tools including but are not limited to manufacturing test patterns (func/scan/mbist) implementation (including source files revision control), ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) format test vectors generation/release, first-level debugging and test data analytics.
• Work with test development engineers across functional and structural test teams to innovate finest test generation flow to minimize chances of human introduced errors.
• Enhance existing test pattern implementation tools/flow by adding proper resources/timing constraints to generate robust test patterns that are scalable across product families.
• Explore and implement innovative data analytics flow/tools to process large amount of manufacturing test/debug data to improve pattern debug efficiency, by applying state-of-the-art AI/Machine-learning algorithms.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 

• Proficient in Python scripting in Linux environment
• Exposure to data analytics tool such as Power BI and AI/ML based tool like Dataiku will be advantageous
• Exposure to VHDL/Verilog and FPGA design flow will be advantageous
• Good knowledge in database and SQL will be advantageous
• Good communication skills and analytical thinking

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline
