THE ROLE:

We are hiring a Junior AI Engineer to support end-to-end Agentic AI development — from prompt engineering and context engineering to production deployment.

You will design, build, and deploy AI agents integrated with enterprise systems, while working closely with users in real-world environments (Forward Deployment Engineering).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. End-to-End Agentic AI Development

• Design and build AI agents (multi-step workflows, tool usage, memory)
• Implement function calling and structured outputs
• Develop RAG pipelines and context management strategies
• Optimize reliability, latency, and response quality

1. Prompt → Context Engineering

• Design system and task prompts
• Engineer context windows and retrieval strategies
• Reduce hallucinations and improve consistency
• Develop evaluation and testing frameworks

1. Forward Deployment Engineering (FDE)

• Deploy AI solutions into live business workflows
• Integrate with APIs, databases, ERP systems
• Work directly with stakeholders to refine use cases
• Monitor, debug, and continuously improve production systems

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Strong Python programming skills
• Understanding of APIs, JSON, and basic ML/NLP concepts
• Structured problem-solving mindset
• Experience with OpenAI / Azure OpenAI APIs
• Built small LLM apps, chatbots, or RAG systems
• Exposure to LangChain, LlamaIndex, or vector databases
• Understanding of function calling, embeddings, context management
• Basic cloud or deployment experience (Azure/AWS/Docker)

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / AI / Software Engineering or related field
