THE ROLE:
Candidate is required to drive and lead NPI and HVM PSHW management and support programs within Supply Chain Operations (WS & ATMP) while delivering Key Performance Indices as part of product capability and capacity readiness requirement
THE PERSON:
The successful candidate must be a team player with a commitment to meet deadlines/ drive for solutions and an aptitude to thrive in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment, able to schedule own workload and plan tasks with minimal supervision. He or she would have good cross-functional project management skills, with strong interpersonal skills and good communication skills. He or she must have good command of both written and spoken English.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with various cross-functional teams such as Hardware Infrastructure Engineering, Product Engineering, Procurement etc on any issues related to hardware procurement such as RFQ, lead-time, market readiness, EOL etc
- Responsible for ensuring all orders are placed timely in the system
- Drive hardware deliveries to meet the required date
- Liaise with procurement & suppliers on any issues related to the purchased item / services
- Timely and accurate reporting of hardware delivery status throughout product Bring-up or capacity ramp up
- Coordinate hardware deployment amongst different test sites to drive closure of hardware readiness during bring up or capacity ramp up
- Regular and accurate update on overall hardware inventory list, with proper tracking
- Responsibilities may include driving of other Key Program deliverables/ schedules/ budget & analyzing program risk and improvement opportunities
- Drive new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization
- Any other duties as assigned/ deemed fit by supervisor
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Excellent experience in Hardware infrastructure Management or Supply Chain Management with Program Management experience within semiconductor industry
- Knowledge in test processes as well as test hardware will be an advantage
- Excellent cross functional partnership, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to challenge the status quo and drive for continuous improvement
- Effective oral and written communication with good analytical problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of Equipment Configuration Matrix is preferred
- Familiar with SAP & RR will be an advantage
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
