KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform advanced data analysis to support commercial B2B and Sales Operations initiatives.
  • Design, develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports, with a strong focus on usability, performance, and storytelling.
  • Build and maintain robust data models that support scalable, accurate reporting and analysis.
  • Partner closely with sales, finance, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all dashboards, reports, and analyses.
  • Identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities in sales and commercial data to inform business strategy.
  • Prepare and deliver clear insights, reports, and presentations for leadership and cross‑functional audiences.
  • Apply BI best practices and stay current with Power BI features, data visualization standards, and analytics trends.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • 4 years of hands‑on experience in business intelligence, analytics, or a related role; 5–7 years strongly preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard development, DAX, data modeling, and performance optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate business questions into data solutions.
  • Proven experience delivering insights in sales, commercial, or revenue‑focused environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and a strong commitment to data quality.
  • Direct experience supporting Sales Operations, Commercial, or Enterprise Sales reporting.
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL for data querying and validation.
  • Experience with data warehousing concepts, star/snowflake schemas, and enterprise reporting environments.
  • Prior experience in a B2B commercial organization.
  • Exposure to CRM or sales platforms (e.g., Salesforce or similar) is a plus.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
