THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Member of Technical Staff (MTS) Windows / Driver Systems Debug Engineer with deep expertise in Windows OS and driver-level debugging.
This role focuses on resolving complex Client platform issues where hardware, firmware, and OS interactions are tightly coupled, especially those initially categorized as “OS issues”.
THE PERSON:
• Hands-on and detail-oriented engineer with strong interest in Windows and driver-level debug
• Comfortable analyzing crashes, dumps, and logs to identify root causes
• Able to work across OS, driver, firmware, and hardware layers with guidance
• Structured and persistent in problem investigation
• Communicates technical findings clearly in English
• Eager to learn system-level debug and grow technical depth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

REQUIRE/PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
• Deep experience with Windows kernel, driver, or system software debugging
• Strong understanding of Windows power management, PnP, ACPI, and device state models
• Hands-on experience with tools such as WinDbg, crash dump analysis, ETW
• Ability to connect OS-level symptoms to platform or firmware root causes
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead technical debug discussions
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in electrical or computer engineering
