THE ROLE:
As the Technical Program Manager - Software Automation (Temporary 1 year Contract), you will develop windows-based software applications for automation and streamlining the PMO flows.
THE PERSON:
The right candidate will have solid knowledge and experience in Information Technology and Program management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop SW for automation of GFXIP PMO tools, dashboards, and workflows
- Plan and execute IT projects focusing on quality and deadlines
- Provides unique views of project status updates and facilitates cross development team dependencies and communications
- Identify action or mitigation plans for issues or risks that arise during the project lifecycle
- Collaborates with core teams and execution teams to identify areas that require special attention or escalations to identify corrective actions
- Collect, analyze, organize and publish work performance data via dashboards and recurring status reports
- Strong self-motivator, with a sense of urgency when needed and strong crisis management skills
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Proven software development and project management experience in dynamic and competitive industry, particularly within Software Development or Engineering based organizations
- Agile software development experience.
- Experience with Python, React JS, and Angular
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
- Undergrad degree required. Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering is desired
