Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Mon-Thur 8-4:30 Pay Rate: $150000.00 - $180000.00
Embark on a unique opportunity to join a well-established practice in Northern California as its newest primary care provider. This practice has deep roots in its community, with some patients spanning three or four generations.
Opportunity Highlights
- Base salary + annual bonus
- True four-day work week (8 hours per day) for full-time
- Open to part-time role (2 or 3 days per week)
- Inherit an established patient panel
- See 14-18 patients daily
- 6 weeks of PTO
- Full benefits, including health, dental, vision, and disability insurance and annual employer retirement contribution
