Description
International Sourcing Analyst
The individual in this position will be a member of the International Sourcing team and will be responsible for sourcing products, placing orders and resolving issues. The individual will be responsible for working independently and with other team members to meet department metrics and drive improvements in order efficiency, order accuracy, procurement, and service levels. This individual will also be required to work with other departments in the organization to improve supply chain efficiencies.
Essential Job Functions
Work with other Analysts within the department to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems.
Ability to perform all tasks and processes within the International Sourcing Department.
Proficient in SAP Sales orders and purchasing.
Assist / Support the Returns Process.
Work with MDM and DCs to resolve system, process and data issues.
Assist other departments in projects that will improve efficiencies within the supply chain.
Analyze Virtual location inventories and determine actions required to keep the inventory accurate.
Active involvement and monitoring of International Inboxes.
Making sure back logs get addressed and notifying Manager when there are potential issues.
Determine optimized sourcing for materials supplied to international locations.
Review & resolve blocked invoices for payment or good receipts, work with vendors, accounts payable, field locations to resolve billing issues.
Solve billing issues with international locations.
Acts as main contact for escalations.
Assist with import / export scheduling and document preparation.
Identify process improvement opportunities in sourcing department.
Work with the International locations to resolve problems, answer questions, and handle complaints.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
International Sourcing experience preferred.
SAP or ERP system experience.
Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Ability to read, write and speak Spanish.
