Description

The B2B Integrations Intern will support the Integration team by assisting with daily operational and support tasks related to B2B integrations and EDI processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day‑to‑day operational and support tasks for B2B integrations and EDI

• Support Jira ticket handling, including updates, documentation, and follow‑up

• Learn basic troubleshooting techniques related to B2B Integrations, EDI, and Punchout, and work to put these into practice

• Learn Punchout processes and gain the ability to support that area of the business

• Support trading partner activities through general assistance

• Have the potential to contribute to and assist in team documentation that may arise

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned throughout the internship
