We are seeking a Summer Student to support our inventory and supply chain operations. This temporary role will help advance key inventory improvement initiatives and free up experienced staff to focus on customer service, sales, and urgent operational issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support stock improvement tasks including identifying vendor returns, liquidation opportunities, and scrap allowance requests
- Assist with NTN rationalization (standardizing commodity and small ball bearings to NTN to take advantage of rebates)
- Process and organize RGA cleanup including packaging vendor returns
- Handle SAP lookups and customer stock-position and backorder reporting
- Assist with new stock binning and cleanup of warehouse locations (0004 and 0002)
- Organize scratch and dent inventory
- Process backorder requests and admin tasks to support CSSR/SCM schedules
This is a temporary, full-time summer position at $20/hour.
