We are currently hiring for a Full-Time STERILE PROCESSING SUPERVISOR to work Day shift within our Sterile Processing Department.

Compensation Range:

$31.19 - 49.89 per hour

Non Exempt

Sign on Bonus of $7,500

Night and weekend shift differentials up to $6 per hour!

Compensation package is based on your specific qualifications for the role.

Requirements:

• Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST), or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• At least 2 years of Sterile Processing experience.

Position Overview:

The Sterile Processing Supervisor (SPS) oversees cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilizing all instruments for surgical procedures and patient care. The SPS will be responsible in making sure the Sterile Processing Department is compliant with TJC rules and regulations, as well as ensuring that the policies and procedures followed in the department are based on current AAMI standards. The SPS will take on a position with the Infection Control committee, publishing quarterly reports, and delivering these reports and information at those meetings.
