The FAST Labs Infrastructure Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring our programs and teams are enabled with the infrastructure and facilities required to deliver on our mission. Reporting to the Deputy General Manager/VP for FAST Labs, this individual will own and execute FAST Labs long term strategic infrastructure plan while also managing and ensuring successful execution of multiple capital projects spanning facility modernization and classified laboratory build outs. The Infrastructure Program Manager will be a supervisory role leading staff including a facilities task manager and activity-based workspace community managers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver infrastructure projects on-time, on-budget, satisfying both program and organizational infrastructure needs. In addition, they will be expected to understand and forecast our infrastructure demands over multiple years and develop strategies to address them working within our available budgets, business procedures, and processes. They will manage a portfolio of concurrently executing projects ranging across classified lab buildouts, Information Technology upgrades, and facility infrastructure (HVAC) upgrades. And, they will be responsible for delivering a vibrant and effective experience for our teams working within our activity-based workspaces.

Responsibilities will include the following:

  • Owning, maintaining, and leading execution of FAST Labs 5 Year Strategic Infrastructure Plan.
  • Program Management of all Capital Projects – from planning through execution to completion.
  • Program Management leading planning and execution of lab buildouts in support of program's needs.
  • Partner closely with IT, Security, Facilities functions and program teams to deliver classified lab spaces to programs while ensuring labs meet program requirements.
  • Working with facilities function to manage assignment of spaces to satisfy program lab needs.
  • Managing and maintaining Activity based Workspaces (ABW).
  • Supervisor for facilities task manager and ABW community managers.
This role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work. format, with time split between working onsite across our ES geographies and remotely as needed.

This role can sit in Merrimack, NH or Burlington, MA.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree and 10 years work experience or equivalent experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or on path to certification within 1 year.
  • Strong Business Acumen and presence at the leadership level.
  • Strong Interpersonal and Leadership skills – demonstrated experience being successful leading cross-functional teams and supervising individuals.
  • Highly tuned Interpersonal Skills: Skilled communicator who influences and shapes the behavior and performance of teams executing complex requirements.
  • Active DoD Secret clearance and ability to obtain DoD Top Secret with SCI and SAP Security clearances


Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Active DoD Top Secret or Top Secret/SCI clearance
  • Experience working in and leading stand up of Special Access Program Facilities (SAPF) or Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) labs and information systems.
  • Experience with and understanding of functional matrix organizations


Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $140690 - $239140

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
