Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.

As a Program Manager, you will be leading a team producing a critical defense system and developing next generation capabilities. You will be a key part of a diligent, and unique problem-solving team focused on supporting our warfighter.

This role supports multiple facets of a two production program that includes executing day to day production, planning and transitioning for the future technology cut in and new platform integration. This role will allow you to leverage your production knowledge while coming up to speed on the challenges of what is ahead of us with our next generation products.

As the Program Manager you will be responsible for cost and schedule and also have a seat at the table for strategic future planning with a path to grow your role as follow on contracts and technology insertion efforts come to fruition.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Experience integrating scope, schedule and budget for the successful execution of the programs objectives
  • Proven track record working with financial analysts to achieve all financial objectives for the program using Earned Value Management techniques
  • Ability to lead cross functional teams (ie Engineering, Finance, Operations, etc.) in the execution of complex technical tasks
  • Exhibit sound interpersonal skills to interface, coordinate, and negotiate with company personnel, customers, and suppliers
  • Actively manage customer relationships to maintain a win-win of program execution and future business
  • Exercise discretion and independent judgement in the performance of PM duties
  • Ability to develop and execute a program schedule and subsequently track status against that schedule


Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Master's degree
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent certification


Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $126610 - $215270

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
