Job Summary

Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center located in Northeast Florida is actively seeking an experienced Physician - Medical Oncologist to join our distinguished cancer medicine faculty at Baptist Medical Center South. This position will support a variety of medical oncology specialties.

The successful candidate will

  • Have, or be eligible for, an unrestricted Florida Medical License
  • Support a variety of medical oncology specialties
  • Demonstrate a commitment to our multidisciplinary integrated model of cancer care
  • Fully support the clinical, scholarly, and educational missions of our program including developing standard protocols for patient care, improving quality metrics and creating scholarly work.

Baptist MD Anderson is a 330,000 square foot patient-centered, state-of-the-art facility dedicated solely to the full spectrum of oncology care. In addition we have two beautiful community sites near our South and Clay Hospitals for the convenience of the patients in those communities.

Successful candidates will be board-certified with a distinguished record of clinical and academic accomplishment and possess the skills and experience necessary to establish and maintain an active clinical practice and develop areas of productive scholarship. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered multidisciplinary oncology care including participation in quality management and research programs sufficient to earn an academic appointment at MD Anderson in Houston.
