The goal of this position is to ensure efficient operation of the office while providing exceptional customer service. You will work to create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and productive workplace. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers. Welcome visitors and follow sign-in process. Answer, screen, and forward telephone calls. Process daily paperwork for supply chain services business. Complete month end reporting and invoice process. Perform administrative duties such as sorting mail, filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning. Monitor supply levels and order new stock when needed. Maintain records and databases, and perform data entry as needed. Create and submit bank deposits. Collaborate with operations team and territory account managers to coordinate logistics for inbound products from farm customers.  Professionally communicate with farm customers and schedule inbound deliveries. Coordinate outbound truck logistics with operations team and third parties. Utilize tools to effectively manage grain quality and coordinate delivery. Perform contract reviews and maintenance. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to effectively capture and communicate relevant customer information. Track and share harvest sample information. Provide coverage for settlement clerk and administrative assistant. Perform other duties as assigned and/or required.   Requirements to be successful in this position: Proficient in MS Office Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work Must demonstrate honesty and integrity in all business interactions and strive to meet customer needs in a creative and safe manner Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to work occasional overtime Valid driver's license.   Here are some of the physical requirements for this role: This job is held in a controlled-atmosphere environment, indoors in an office building. This job is not physically strenuous. You must be able to sit at a desk and be able to utilize computers and calculators This job requires the ability to read and comprehend written and oral operational and safety instructions and related rules, policies, and memos, and to communicate clearly with your co-workers and supervisors It is important to have vision and hearing skills that help you communicate with good interpersonal skills
