Join BMC's First Inside Sales Team in the KingdomBMC is on a mission to accelerate our growth across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia—and we're investing in a regional headquarters (RHQ) model that supports our 100% indirect sales strategy. As part of this expansion, we are building a high-performance team in Riyadh to strengthen our regional partner ecosystem, enhance market coverage, and drive long-term success through strategic collaboration.
This is a unique opportunity to join BMC's business development organization in-region and directly contribute to our Saudi Go-Big strategy through a regional function focused on channel support, partner enablement, marketing alignment, and strategic pipeline generation. As a Business Development Representative (BDR) Partner-Focused, you'll play a pivotal role in building the pipeline that fuels our indirect sales success. Your focus will be identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospective customers, and working closely with the field to bring in new revenue for BMC in the Saudi market.
Here is how, through this exciting role, you will contribute to BMC's and your own success:
- Collaborating with BMC's partner managers to support territory and account planning across the MENA region.
- Identifying and nurturing leads in alignment with BMC partners, converting them into high-quality sales opportunities.
- Supporting partner engagement efforts by identifying target end-customer accounts and enabling outreach to key decision makers across the MENA region.
- Bringing a growth mindset and contributing to a dynamic, results-driven team that's laying the foundation for long-term success through partners in KSA.
- Participating in global initiatives, being part of a collaborative culture, and playing a key role in solving real-world challenges alongside our partner ecosystem.
