BMC is seeking a highly capable digital program leader to own and scale our global webinar and virtual event experience. Sitting within the Digital Growth organization, this role will build a high-quality, repeatable digital event engine that delivers engaging audience experiences, consistent execution standards, and actionable performance insights across global marketing programs.

Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC Software's and your own success:

• Own and scale BMC's global webinar program, including the webinar calendar, editorial direction, program structure, and execution standards.
• Manage BMC's webinar platform, Sequel.io, including configuration, templates, integrations, optimization, and attendee experience.
• Design and deliver engaging digital event experiences, coordinating speakers, producers, moderators, and technical resources.
• Support webinar programs across inbound demand generation, customer education, partner marketing, product launches, field marketing, and regional digital events.
• Partner with marketing operations to maintain integrations across webinar, marketing automation, and CRM systems, ensuring accurate data capture and reporting.
• Produce dashboards and performance insights on registration, attendance, engagement, conversion, and opportunities for program improvement.

To ensure you're set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

• You have 5–8 years of experience managing webinar programs, virtual events, or digital event platforms.
• You have hands-on experience with webinar platforms such as Sequel, ON24, Zoom, or similar systems.
• You are familiar with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Eloqua, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar tools.
• You bring strong program management, digital event production, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple events and stakeholders simultaneously.
• You use data to interpret event engagement, audience participation, and program performance to drive continuous improvement.

The annual base salary range represents the low and high end of the BMC salary range for this position. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. 

The range listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.

At BMC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at /near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $114,525 - $190,875
