The BMC Hyperscaler GTM team is seeking a high impact Control M SaaS GTM Account Manager to accelerate our growth across the AWS ecosystem. In this strategic role, you will directly align to the AWS Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA) and drive Control M SaaS adoption in line with BMC's Long Range Plan (LRP). You will own a regional territory with a mandate to land new logos, migrate on premise customers to SaaS, and expand existing SaaS footprints. Success requires tight collaboration with BMC sellers, AWS leadership, and AWS account teams—along with the ability to build and scale a high performing partner ecosystem that unlocks AWS benefits, Marketplace programs, and incremental value drivers. This is a high visibility role with significant influence on our Hyperscaler growth trajectory.
Here is how, through this exciting role, you will contribute to BMC's and your own success:
• Act as the main point of contact for your customers. • Throughout the full sales cycle, you will be supported by top, talented eco-system. • Be the business owner of your territory to increase our footprint, build larger deals, and help BMC remain in its well-deserved market leader position. • Lead as a BMC brand ambassador, both internally and externally, and build trust and confidence with customers, partners, and colleagues through integrity and professionalism. • As every BMC employee, you will be given the opportunity to learn, be included in global projects, challenge yourself, and be the innovator when it comes to solving everyday problems.
To ensure you're set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:
• Proven success in B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales. • Strong command of consultative, value based selling methodologies. • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Demonstrable experience selling with or through Hyperscalers—preferably AWS. • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple priorities effectively. • Highly self motivated, resilient, and comfortable operating in a fast paced, high growth environment. Fluency in Spanish is mandatory.
