POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position will perform the assembling of major components, and will perform minor machine set-ups, general maintenance, and area housekeeping.  This position will require decisions determining the quality of the products and services being offered to ensure that product is built to the OEM Specifications. Physical effort requirements consist of regular lifting, pushing and pulling material.  

  • Assemble component parts using various machines and tools.
  • Assure that each part is built to the OEM Specification utilizing Work Instructions and provided equipment.
  • Assure that appropriate torque specifications are obtained throughout the assembly of parts.
  • Use air and hand tools.
  • Participate in and support the principles of Open Book Management and recognize the responsibilities of being an owner of the company.
  • Required to follow safety standards. Required to wear all personal protective equipment in designated areas.
  • Work attendance must be exemplary.
