Senior Digital Sales Performance Analyst 

Type of Employment: Permanent  

Location: Riga, Latvia

We are seeking a Senior Digital Sales Performance Analyst to take responsibility for our global web analytics and digital sales performance, reporting and optimization to work as part of our Global B2B sales excellence team. If you are passionate about digital and web data, ecommerce reporting, tagging & tracking, generating valuable business insight and driving truly digital sales excellence in one of Europe's largest fuel & convenience retailers then we want to hear from you. 

THE ROLE  

Reporting to the Senior Manager Global Commercial Excellence and Performance Management within our BMS Commercial Development team, Senior Digital Sales Performance Analyst will play an important role in driving digital and web B2B sales analysis, reporting, insight & corrective actions to support various commercial and sales performance improvement initiatives within European & North American B2B business. The role will benchmark performance across our websites and digital media/assets and input for optimizing our commercial policy and operations across business units sales teams. This role is fundamental for finding root-cause of high/low results in order to leverage learning across business units and support with recommendation of corrective actions across our websites. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO  

Here are ways that you'll help make journeys better:  

  • Analyze and convert digital, ecommerce data into valuable insights (organic search, rating and reviews, product availability, product content (titles, descriptions, images) 

  • Build tagging and tracking UTM & GTM 

  • Design and implement sales-driven digital initiatives and campaigns with cross-functional teams. 

  • Continuously analyze and optimize digital KPIs to identify optimization opportunities. 

  • Ensure high quality and efficiency in all e-commerce and web analytics processes. 

  • Translate questions into testable hypotheses to support CRO. 

  • Communicate and collaborate well with regional and global stakeholders 

  • Work with analytical and data engineering tools eg. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, BigQuery, Power BI or similar tools 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED  

We want you to join our team! Here's what we're looking for:  

  • BSc or MSc in relevant degree eg. Business administration, E-commerce, marketing. 

  • 2-5 years of experience in a digital or web analytics or ecommerce analytics role in a digital agency, international business or from tech industry. 

  • Experience working with digital analytics tools eg. Google Analytics, Big Query, Adobe Analytics, and Power BI, or similar tools. 

  • Experience in drawing insights from multiple sources of data and creating actionable insights. 

  • Knowledge / experience of coding (e.g. SQL, R, VBA) is an advantage, but not a requirement. 

  • Interest in customer experience and an insight-driven approach and design thinking. 

  • Some knowledge and/or experience of B2B sales process and usage of CRM systems eg. Salesforce is considered a big advantage. 

  • Can do attitude with a desire to make a difference in a global organization. 

  • Speak and write English fluently.
