CAPITAL MARKETS CLIENT AND SALES SUPPORT ANALYST
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
The Client & Sales Support Analyst provides foundational support to the Capital Markets business by assisting with client onboarding, documentation, trade support, and operational processes. This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with less than three years of experience who are looking to build a career in Capital Markets.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Assist with client onboarding requests, documentation collection, and completeness checks.
- Support trade execution processes, confirmations, settlements, and lifecycle events under supervision.
- Perform routine controls, reconciliations, and data validation tasks.
- Respond to internal inquiries and support day-to-day client and sales requests.
- Maintain accurate records, trackers, and documentation.
- Identify and escalate issues, discrepancies, or missing information.
- Learn Capital Markets products, systems, and workflows through hands-on experience and training.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Required Qualifications*
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in finance, banking, operations, or related fields.
Additional Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced Capital Markets environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

Compensation
Starting base salary: $71,869 to $114,797 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
