The Opportunity

Onboarding Concierge (OC) Teamis a team dedicated to providing best-in-class, end-to-end onboarding experience for clients. Responsibilities include E2E client onboarding, prospect inquiries, new deposit account creation and acts as the SME for all onboarding requirements and documentation. They are a partner to the frontline relationship team and support requests for both new-to-bank and existing clients.

The Responsibilities

  • Coordinates communication between frontline, middle office, and TMOS colleagues
  • Meets with prospective clients in prospect relationship meetings *
  • Onboarding documentation & paperwork collection
  • Review onboarding package to ensure completion and accuracy
  • Create CIS record(s) for new clients
  • Perform/Validate KYC completion
  • Submits new deposit account requests for processing
  • Treasury management maintenance requests (e.g. Positive Pay/Agilink)
  • Request & confirm new account(s) is opened correctly, all products and ancillary services have been received.
  • KYC periodic reviews and refreshes.
  • Responsible for shepherding the onboarding process for new accounts and initiating any follow ups needed to ensure the new account is opened and products/services have been delivered to the client

The Qualifications

  • Entrepreneurial sense of ownership & accountability of client onboarding.
  • Product knowledge to assist with onboarding all product types.
  • Strong collaboration w/CSPs & relationship teams.
  • Clear & warm communication w/client for a first-class client experience.
  • Documentation expertise & organization to onboard all client/entity types.
  • Deep understanding of entire onboarding process including upstream/downstream steps & impacts.
  • Critical thinking to effectively communicate and make informed decisions.
  • High School Degree or equivalent with three (3) years of customer service experience. 

 

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $38.25/hour - $41.01/hour
