What will you do?

• Contribute to the development of department and branch business strategies in alignment with the City's Strategic Planning Framework
• Lead and facilitate business planning processes, translating corporate direction into actionable plans for various branches
• Develop, implement, and monitor performance measures to identify trends and recommend corrective actions for service delivery
• Collaborate with financial teams to ensure business planning is integrated with budget processes
• Identify, monitor, and report on risks and mitigation plans to ensure operational safety and efficiency
• Facilitate the creation and update of policies, supporting audits and Council reports as required
• Act as a trusted advisor to collaborators across the organization, providing expertise on strategic and corporate plans
