Center Clinical Lead - BCBA
Community Autism Services (CAS) - The Stepping Stones Group   Lead and optimize clinical services at The Stepping Stones Group Autism Learning Center in Fremont, CA. Collaborate with experts in Skills-Based Treatment (SBT) and Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) to deliver exceptional care for children with autism.  
Pay: $100,000 - $115,000 per year 
Relocation stipend available, 2-year commitment required   What We Offer:

Responsibilities:

• Oversee clinical operations and staff (ABA behavior technicians, supervisors, coordinators)
• Provide caregiver training and conduct assessments
• Ensure timely submission of reports and compliance with payer requirements
• Maintain client and staff rosters to ensure service consistency
• Coordinate with operations (Facilities, IT, HR)

  Requirements:

• BCBA certification
• 3+ years supervising/training ABA staff
• Experience with PRT and SBT
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  Location & Schedule:
