This position will participate in the monthly accounting close and will produce the official membership counts for Aetna. Additional responsibilities include supporting audit requests, various ad hoc work, and projects. The right candidate will have an analytical mindset and will be a fast learner. Responsibilities will include: * Assist in the month-end close process which includes preparing and loading datafiles from multiple sources, processing manual adjustments and producing reports for key stakeholders. * Develop working relationships with business stakeholders * Work with stakeholders to create ad hoc reports * Participate in process improvement efforts *Required Qualifications* * 1 or more years data analysis, accounting, and/or reporting experience *Preferred Qualifications* * Able to meet the tight deadlines of the monthly Accounting close * SQL skills are highly desirable * Knowledge of MS Access, Oracle, SAP, SAS, VBA, and Python is a plus * Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Strong process improvement skills/mindset *Education* * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $43,700.00 - $107,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
