You will make an impact by: * Architecting, designing, building, and supporting complex contact center applications that integrate other CVS Enterprise applications. * Collaborating and driving effective partnerships across the enterprise technology functions to maximize alignment, efficiency, cost optimization and investments, and delivery * Staying current with technology trends to effectively manage product portfolio in support of business needs. * Leading, mentoring, and growing a team of more junior engineers. *Required Qualifications:* * 8+ years of professional IT experience * 5+ years designing, leading, and implementing technology projects. * 5+ years of experience and track record in application programming and website development. * 5+ years professional Java experience. * Developing REST-based web services using Spring Framework and Spring Boot. * Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS and Javascript. * Exposure to both public and private Cloud technologies * Experience with modern frameworks such as Angular, React.js. * Eexperience in one of the following languages: Python, Perl, or PHP. *Preferred Qualifications:*   * 3+ years' experience with data architecture concepts and governance, including acting as a design authority for information and data within projects. * Experience utilizing CI/CD tools such as GitOps and Jenkins. * Experience within an Agile environment * Experience working in Contact Center technology for large scale enterprise environments. * A willingness to experiment with new technologies including exposure to prototyping * Out of the box problem solving skills *Education:*   Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (High School Diploma and 4 years relevant experience) *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $124,372.50 - $247,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
