Duties include: analyze and coordinate cloud-native application development processes and solutions to improve large scale hybrid cloud deployments; manage data engineering project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope, and assess business implications; guide the work of technical staff participating in entire software lifecycle development, testing, CI/CD and production operations; review functional and technical designs to identify risks, and ensure functional and non-functional platform requirements align with architecture requirements and business goals; define the long-term strategic roadmap for platform architectures to meet business requirements and assign responsibilities to project personnel; track progress and monitor project milestones, and ensure issue resolution; manage a 24/7 support team responsible for identifying and resolving operational issues in a timely manner; verify the accuracy and quality of data and communicate analytic results; develop data analysis, visualization, and data-driven insights for healthcare metrics; and mentor junior team members. Multiple positions. - Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires three (3) years of experience in each of the following: Leading product release across various enterprise applications and Agile processes; Designing and developing Cloud database migrations from on-premises to cloud using Data Migration Services in Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP); CI/CD, Jenkins, GIT, or DevOps; Docker or Kubernetes; Hadoop Big Data; Hive; Spark, Airflow, Kafka, Hbase, Pig, or MySQL; Databases: Snowflake, SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata, MongoDB, or DB2; Implementing Organization DevOps strategy, and automating cloud formations templates; and Azure products (AKS, ADLS, Service Bus, or Databricks) or GCP products (Cloud SQL, FileStore, or Databricks). *Pay Range:* $115000.00/year to $230000.00/year. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
